Ashley is a registered member of both the CMTO and RMTAO. Priding herself in offering Client-Centered Care, she is interested in treating the body as an integrated system, focusing on:

• Fascia and Joint Movement • Spinal Alignment • Core Strength • Chronic Pain • Neck Pain/Headaches/TMJ • Post-Concussion Management • Complex conditions/Neurological conditions

She has a special interest in scar/fascial work and has paraffin wax treatments available for this and other applications (such as arthritis and joint pain relief).

Ashley is completing her Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) training in September 2020, and is currently trained in Cupping Massage,

In addition to her massage training, Ashley graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an Honours Bachelor Degree in Social Justice & Peace Studies in 2010. With a passion for social justice, organic food systems, and permaculture gardening, she spent several years as an organic gardener and plants an extensive vegetable garden every spring.
