Karen Munro-Caple, a graduate of Algonquin College, has been a registered massage therapist (RMT) since 2001. She has a diverse practice, including senior clients at the Perley Rideau Veterans Health Centre, and has worked in two group homes with adults with cerebral palsy.

Since 2003, Karen also has been supervising third-year Algonquin College massage therapy students at the Perley Rideau Veterans Health Centre. She has studied different modalities of bodywork, including Ortho-Bionomy, for many years. Karen works with a broad range of clients including pregnant women, athletes, children, seniors, and palliative care patients.

As a sideline, Karen is a cartoonist and has created a monthly cartoon strip called “Adventures From Karen’s Clinic”, about the funny and silly things that can happen in a massage therapy clinic. Over her many years of massage practice, humour has been a big part of Karen’s approach to healing and massage.
